Ports Regulator: complaints against Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) must be lodged by 6 November 2009
In terms of the Directives of the Ports Regulator published on 6 August 2009, any complaints arising against TNPA prior to publication of the Directives, but after the publication of the National Ports Act in 2006, must be filed within three months of date of publication of the Directives i.e. by 6 November 2009.
